This is the fifth time Rei's church is organising tis Island Rush.
Last yr Rei's team
(Linghui, Sherly, kumi, Yunxuan, 2 of cousins/frens), they emger as the Winner!!!
I m sort of shld b in her team de, but some how I din manage to turn up!
No worries I m here for tis time rd!
Whereas kumi, Linghui n Yunxuan were unable to take part!
So sad~
Wakie up early morning 7.30am reluctantly.
(was gg to b late meeting Sherly at je, 7.45!)Had a bad dream on the day before, dreaming I wont b turning up for the rush race!
Heehee... But no I DID TURN up!!!!
Picking sherly up on the way, were taking cab to the start up

(we were both late, turn out to be the earliest to arrive!)We had a team consist of 8 members
(Rei, Sherly, Vanessa, 2 of rei's cousins, 2 of rei's frenz and me).Had a team almost 6 members are Commandors but Zhaoxian is not...
Hehehe... They r trying means and ways to win us in tis race...
Nah!!! FAt hopes!!! They dun stand a Chance!

(Relax Rei Its just a game)~9am, its abt time to start off...
We were told to solve a puzzled before we get our first clue!
Damn it~ We were stuck there quite long...
Hmmm.. abt 10mins?
(Had called Uncle J for helped! Sorry to disturb u in the early morning!)After which we were dashing like "mad dogs" to the station.
First clue was given... a card wif red paint n hill cum a GENL EEK community.
Know the ans??
It is a place at Redhill of LENG KEE community center.
First stop: Redhill, LENG KEE Community Center
It was a mind game~ Testing our thinking skillz.
We hav to solve a bored game using the balls they made to form a triangle on the board!
Hmmm... Solve it pretty fast....
BUT....................................
Our next clue for the stop has not arrive yet!!!!!
OMG!!! We were like stuck there for 20mins!
Darn~ So much wasted time!
Others team had caugth up wif us~ Sianz~

Lucky got a veri kind soul uncle drive us to the next stop!

Second Stop: Blk 35 of ...road(forget the road name)
We had a nice Uncle whu drove us to tis place.
It was a 2nd mind game... Testing our memories!
We hav go ard searching for Blue cards tat show the designs of a certain no.
We hav to rmb it and place them in order frm 1-20.
COol Girlz~ We did it again!!!
We were the first team to finished! Yeah~
The traveling Journey sucks BIG!!!
Wasted lots of precious time...
Third Stop: Pasir Ris Park-The Maze
(Rei know this place b4 hand.. her bro is organizer,which she manage to find out sth..)
In tis station it was a test of our physical...
We had 6 members to play tis.. All hands are tied tgt.
Had to walk inside the Maze find the 4 tanks tat contains of mini frog, crickets, worms and snails.
Guess the no. of it were inside, den run to the center telling the game master of the ans to exchange for the keys.
Only can find the tank one at a time!
I was sitting out for tis game~ hehe...
They took abt 20mins to complete the task~
Fourth Stop: Pasir Ris-Fishing Village
This stop was a fairly easy task~
We had to do Prawning!!!
WAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
The task was to catch 4 prawns!
FIrst 5 mins I caught 2 prawns le...
But hor the way I handle was veri funny...
One of the prawn was like flying over the shelter tent!!! =.="'
Another was fly to the floor!
Next 2 prawns was like caught by the uncles there which den pass it to us!!
Cool~ we meet lots of nice ppl!!! =)
Fifth Stop: Admiratly green woodlands circle road
We told not to take cabs but some how many teams are driving and taking cab...
So we do the same... but was kinda unfair..
If we had knew earlier we will like book a van, to drive us ard!
In tis station we had to find a partially black beans among the pile of white beans!!!
Rei was up! Not bad she manage to find like abt 8-10mins...
Cool~ She is awesome! Nv say die attiude!
In some way the game master was like saying the commandors team had finished their race..
Den it affect our morale!
Vaness had call to verify whether they really finished the race...
Goodness! They din~ =D
Morale is back!
Sixth Stop: Woodlands, Admiral garden
Last stops of the race!!! Its getting exciting!!!
The task for tis station is to place the Jenga(wooden stacko) in the way tat a pic is shown!
While we were doing... There is a MP visiting resisdent, shaking hands wif the paticipants...

There is camera crew too... so Da Chang Mian...
But we were more focus on our stuffs!!!
Finally we r done!!!!!!
On the cab rushing to the finishing line~

But somehow..............
On the journey to our finishing line we heard tat theres alrdy got serveral teams finished le~
I was like huh... SUre or not!!

As we arrived, we were like kinda eager to know who is alrdy here...

KILLING us!!!!!!!
As soon as they arrive, we were like rushing up to the top...
*Hoping tat we r the winning team*Once we rch the stairs kinda c many teams had completed earlier den us were sitting down there eating and chatting~
Darn it... We ended up in the 8th placing...
Commandors team in the 7th placing...
WE HAD LOST!!!!!!!!We had it done the best!!

It was kinda messy in the organising part...
There are clear No rules n regulations...
The games played in those stations were kinda 'BORED'...
The traveling journey wad horrible...
All the teams had 'cheated' one way or another...
I had run the most distance in my entire life!
REI WAS ALL OUT TO WIN!!!!!!!
We hav WON the race in our heart!
